S.P.A.R.K.L.E.

The mission of SPARKLE is to provide a glimmer of happiness during the long term recovery after the Eaton Fire Jan 2025 with a catalog of ideas, help from the sparkle squads, and a map of Altadena official and unofficial art found around town. 

The vision is to document how-to's, and examples so the next group of disaster survivors can have a "spark"le of joy as they deal their own recovery.
